We are currently seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Technician to deliver exceptional, customer-focused lawn care services. As a Lawn Care Technician, you will represent Lawn Doctor as a trusted brand ambassador, treating lawns with premium, environmentally sensitive products, performing aeration and seeding, managing shop tasks, and offering additional services to customers and prospects while in the field.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong work ethic
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- A solid attendance record
While experience in the lawn care industry is preferred, essential qualifications include:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for outdoor work, regardless of weather conditions
- Proficiency in operating machinery
- The ability to meet production goals
- The physical ability to lift over 50 pounds
