Lawn Doctor is looking for individuals dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians. Our Lawn Care Technicians are customer-facing brand ambassadors. They treat lawns with top quality, environmentally sensitive products, aerate and seed lawns, perform shop work, and offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.
This role includes managing our tree and shrub program along with our outdoor pest control services such as mosquito, and flea and tick applications.
This role also entails leading our aeration and seeding services and requires that the candidate be able to use a truck and trailer safely and effectively. There are aerations in both the spring and fall while seedings are done from late August through early October. A clean driving record is a requirement.

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record. Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable. He or she must have:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Ability to operate machinery
- Ability to meet production goals
- Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
- Pass a drug test and background check.
You will manage your own territory, build relationship with customers, make recommendations and upsell. Our Lawn Care technicians evaluate each lawn and help your customers get a thick, green and weed-controlled lawn. You will have the opportunity to help with seedings and aerations as well.
{Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3pm, Hourly Wage of Between $22-$24 depending upon Experience, Raises can come quickly for exceptional technicians. Occasional Saturdays may need to be worked.} Bonuses are also available based on company, team and individual goals.
