Lawn Doctor, a small, locally owned business, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Lawn Care Specialists to join our team of experts in lawn fertilization, weed control, surface pest management, and mosquito prevention. If you’re passionate about creating vibrant, healthy outdoor spaces and enjoy working independently in the great outdoors, this role is perfect for you!
As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will:
- Provide expert lawn care services using environmentally friendly, top-quality products.
- Perform aeration, seeding, and pest treatments to keep lawns in peak condition.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador, educating customers about our services and recommending tailored solutions.
- Operate and maintain equipment safely and effectively.
- Contribute to a positive team environment while meeting individual and team goals.
What we’re looking for:
- A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to operate machinery and lift over 50 pounds.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus but not required.
